What nutrition support for weight loss involves

Weight that will not move is rarely a discipline problem. It is more often a plan that stopped matching your appetite, your routine or your sleep.

This page sets out what Priyanka looks at when weight has stalled, and how a plan gets adjusted. It also says where nutrition stops and medicine begins.

What people usually arrive with

Anyone writing in about weight loss has lost weight before. It is what happened afterwards that they want to talk about:

  • A plateau that held: steady loss for a while, then weeks of nothing
  • Hunger that outlasts the meal: eating properly, then thinking about food an hour later
  • Weekends that undo the week: five disciplined days and two that cancel them
  • Weight that came back: lost on a restrictive plan, returned within months of stopping
  • Low energy alongside the loss: the scale moved and everything else got worse

None of those call for more restriction. They call for someone to ask why appetite and energy behaved that way.

If that pattern sounds familiar, Priyanka has written in more detail about why weight stalls when you are already eating very little.

It also helps to understand what calories in versus calories out does and does not explain before judging your own progress.

What Priyanka looks at first

Nothing gets written until she has taken a history. That covers:

  • What you eat now, and which of it you would keep eating
  • Meal timing set against your work hours and your sleep
  • Digestion, bloating, and how full you feel after eating
  • Blood work, medication and any diagnosis your doctor has recorded
  • Every plan you have tried, and the point at which each one broke down

Two things decide whether a plan holds. The first is how full it keeps you. The second is whether you would still eat it in month six.

Priyanka builds around protein at each meal, vegetables you will genuinely eat, and fats that suit you. Carbohydrate is set against your routine and your training rather than cut on principle.

How the plan gets built and adjusted

Priyanka does not write diet charts. She provides nutrition support that is reviewed and adjusted as your body responds.

Weight is the slowest signal she works from, and the noisiest. Sleep, salt, travel and the menstrual cycle all move it, sometimes by more than a week of progress.

So she reads hunger, energy and digestion alongside the scale. You report back, Priyanka reads what changed, and the next version reflects it. Between reviews you can message her on WhatsApp instead of waiting for the next one.

What nutrition support can and cannot do

Priyanka is a qualified nutritionist. She is not a doctor, and she does not diagnose, treat or prescribe.

Nutrition support can change what you eat and how full you feel. Over time it can change how your weight, appetite and energy respond. It does not replace anything your doctor has prescribed.

Several conditions affect body weight directly, including thyroid disorders and PCOS. Where a symptom needs medical diagnosis or management, she says so and points you to a doctor.

How long people stay on support

Some concerns may require a longer period of personalised nutrition support.

One month gives you structure, a plan built around your routine, and a first round of adjustment. Three months is the length many people settle into, because it leaves room for several rounds of review. Six and twelve month engagements suit people who want the reviewing to continue.

Priyanka recommends a length after the Discovery Call, not before it.

What it costs

Every engagement starts with a Discovery Call at ₹499, which comes off a three, six or twelve month package. The packages page sets out all four levels and how the fee works.

Food that fits a weight loss plan

The plans are built around everyday Indian cooking, not diet food. Priyanka has published ten of the meals she uses most, with method and nutrition figures for each.

The low-carb recipe library shows the kind of food a plan is made of.

Protein at each meal is what keeps a plan holding, and vegetarians have fewer low-carb options to reach it. The vegetarian protein page covers those, and whether eggs are safe with high cholesterol answers the question that stops most people eating them.

Start with a Discovery Call

The call is a consultation, not a sales pitch. You talk through your history and what has not worked. You leave with a view on why the weight has stalled. It also tells you what the right next step looks like.
